Platinum Package
Client Investment: $100,000
Optimal Headcount: 3 groups of 30 – 45 people
Package Description:
Clients that invest in the platinum package have large groups of associates that benefit from Lane-Smith group training. 3 separate groups (in 3 separate weeks) of 30 – 45 people will undergo one full week of intense results based training. Included in this week are the following services:
- A full day of high impact public speaking and presentation training.
- A full day of client specified training. Client specific training is based on key client needs. If a client struggles with sales pitches then we focus on pitches. If a client focuses on negotiations we focus on negotiations. If a client struggles with internal communication we focus on internal communication. The Lane-Smith group diligently researches the client’s industry, work environment, and needs to create an incredibly realistic day of training and interaction.
- An action packed day of practice. The practice day is fully devoted to active learning and execution. Associates are graded on the essential elements of business presentations…presence, content, delivery, connectivity, and adherence to business objectives. Practice is divided into 2 halves. The first half of the day is devoted to group case study presentations. Group case study presentations focus on working together to present a concise and powerful message. Individual presentation practice focuses on delivering a concise and powerful message on your own.
- Individual 30 minute consultation and needs assessment for all associates involved in the training session. This intimate session will unearth and resolve the deepest needs and concerns of each person involved with training.
- A comprehensive report of the entire group with strengths, weaknesses, and recommended plans for improvement. This package will be presented to the decision maker at the conclusion of the week.
Follow Up Consultation
The follow up consultation occurs at an agreed upon time period (recommended time frame is 1 month). There are 3 goals for the follow up consultation:
- Ensure that goals and needs of individual associates within the organization are exceeded
- Ensure that the plan of action and techniques for improvement are being followed
- Ensure that client goals are exceeded
Follow Up Consultation includes:
- A half day of refresher material and a half day of group case study presentations
- Individual follow up consultations to create before and after results snapshots
- Before and after comparison, comprehensive report, and plan of action for delivery to the decision maker
Retainer
The retainer services are the icing on the cake. The retainer agreement lasts for 12 months and includes additional training, coaching, and scheduled live observation of trained associates in business situations (sales pitches, business meeting, project proposals, product launches, etc). The retainer agreement is extremely flexible with regards to services rendered. Clients receive maximum value when retainer services are negotiated in person.
Time Commitment
The platinum package requires 5 days of training for 3 groups (15 days) and 1.5 days of follow up for 3 groups (4.5 days). Recipients of the platinum package ultimately receive 19.5 days of consultative services and unlimited retainer access for 1 year.

Gold Package

Package Description:

- An action packed day of practice. The practice day is fully devoted to active learning and execution. Associates are graded on the essential elements of business presentations…presence, content, delivery, connectivity, and adherence to business objectives. Practice can be either group or individual (determined by the client).
Time Commitment
The standard package requires 2 days of training.
