Karen

I try to look at things from multiple angles. Having said that, I tend to look beyond the "multi-billion" dollar label. There are quite a few multi-billion dollar industries that I want no part of.

Hello Marcus,

It is very interesting to know your "unbiased" opinion of an industry that is a multi-billion dollar industry.

Expect a great day!

Remarkable Blog, I just observed this post while browsing by means of Weblogs I think that you and I could happen to be acquaintances in the previous everyday living – the posts that I have so far studied so far are seriously charm to me and to my sense of tatse! Anyways enough talk aside, it seems that your RSS feed would not seem to function in my browser (that is Google chrome) do you think you're able to notify me how I can repair it?

Hi, Marcus,
Thanks for the link to this article. It reminds me of my own (4) rules for delivering bad news.
1. No surprises, no bushwhacking allowed. "Please meet me in my office at 2:00, to discuss your results on the ABC Project." No surprises.
2. Revisit the deal. There was always a deal, but sometimes the elements of the deal were forgotten.
3. Describe specifically, what you, as a manager, observed. Without judgment.
4. Listen.

Barack Obama's book, "The Audacity of Hope," contains a appealing title. It has a taste of bravery mixed with confidence. There's nothing Pollyanna regarding this. I will most likely not support every part he says, but he's our president, as well as for me, he creates belief. Which can do more for a region than any amount of backroom deals. Hope gives us energy, and energy sustains us through trying times. Boy, we've had them. I'm from West Texas, and I did not vote for Bush. When McCain ran against Obama, I used to be a citizen of Arizona, but I gave audacious hope a chance. The fight for progress and laying the foundations of prosperity will not be over. I've come across the quips of those who don't think Obama is capable of it. But step back a second. Would anyone have all of us fail just to tarnish the star of an incumbent for whom they did not vote? Attempting to keep our priorities straight, let's work together with this president and build our future.
